Respawn Uploader ("the App") is a video uploading tool published by Exavra. The App helps you upload and publish video clips that you choose to your own YouTube channel. This policy explains what information the App accesses, how it is used, how it is stored, and when it is shared. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
Google account information. When you sign in with Google, the App receives your name, email address, and Google account identifier so it can show you which account you are signed in with.
YouTube channel information. With your permission, the App accesses basic information about your YouTube channel, such as the channel name and channel identifier, so your uploads go to the correct channel.
Videos and upload details you provide. The App processes the video files you select and the details you enter for each upload, such as the title, description, tags, and visibility setting. This content is sent to YouTube at your direction.
Sign-in tokens. The App stores OAuth access and refresh tokens so you can stay signed in between sessions without signing in again for every upload.
Technical information. If you contact us for support, we receive the information you send us, such as your email address and a description of the problem. The App may also keep basic records of upload activity, such as whether an upload succeeded, so it can show you the status of your uploads and help resolve errors.
We use the information above only to provide and support the App:
We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not sell personal information. We do not use videos you upload for any purpose other than uploading them to your channel at your direction.
The App uses the YouTube Data API v3 and other Google APIs to sign you in and to upload videos to your channel. Respawn Uploader's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Information received from Google APIs is used only to provide and improve the user-facing features described in this policy, is not transferred to others except as described below, is not used for advertising, and is not read by humans except with your consent, for security or support purposes you request, or as required by law.
We share information only in these limited cases:
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share Google user data with data brokers or advertising platforms.
Sign-in tokens are stored securely and are kept only while you use the App. You can revoke the App's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page, which invalidates those tokens. When you revoke access or ask us to delete your information, we delete the tokens and any support or upload records associated with your account that we hold, except where we must keep limited records to meet legal obligations. Video files are sent to YouTube for upload and are not kept by us after an upload completes, other than basic status records described above. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information the App handles, including encrypted connections to Google APIs and restricted access to sign-in tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App is a creator tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy when the App changes. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision, and material changes will be posted on this page before they take effect.
