An always-visible capture bar accepts text or voice ("Ran 5 miles", "Slept 7.5 hours", "Mood: 7/10"), and AI structures each entry into category, metric, value, unit, notes, and tags. The dashboard shows editorial-style stat cards with sparklines, period comparisons, streaks, and entry counts across week, month, quarter, and year. Dig into any category for full charts and an editable log, ask natural-language questions over your full history with answers as text or charts, set goals and reminders, and generate a shareable annual report with AI insights. Available on the web and as an Android app.
